Our fall/winter lil Wolves program takes place indoors at our off season training facility, Fitnest 7009 S 109th st. During each session we work on running form, jumping, balance and coordination. The program is track based but we try to get creative and have fun with some crossover activities. Plus it happens in the middle of a ninja gym. We will have two sessions this fall annd one winter session, each 8 weeks long. You can find the exact dates on our website calendar. Cost is $99 per session. Below are the days and times for each session.

West Omaha Track Club's Lil Wolves program is for boys and girls ages 3-6. This program is an introduction to the world of track & field. The athletes will learn to run staying in their lanes, long jump, jump over hurdles and throw a javelin. We always stress the positive and do a lot of clapping and cheering.
Spring session, April through May and Summer session June into July. Exact dates are under the calendar tab. Each session will last 6 weeks with two meets. See calendar for exact dates.
We will only be allowing 32 athletes per group. These will fill up fast. The groups will be split by ages. Each practice we will warm up, stretch and the rotate to each event. The practices begin at 6:00 and are done between 6:45-7:00.
Each session will have two meets. One on the 3rd week of the session and the Championship meet on the 6th week. At each meet all athletes will receive awards, with a special one at the Championship meet.
The cost is $79 and includes Wolves t-shirt and Awards
Refunds will be charged a 20% fee
